We have learned from Acts 6 & Romans 16 that Deacons are not called but chosen and appointed as needed by the leadership of the church. Thus, our Deacons are both male and female servants appointed to assist with the temporal business of the church. However, he or she must possess a spiritual maturity and posture to uphold the position with dignity and honor. A Deacon must be a leader of good report, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom. Our Deacons serve to assure that the vision is carried out in excellence in various functions throughout the ministry inclusive of/or: Trustee Ministry, Usher Ministry, Security Ministry, Parking Ministry, Finance Ministry, Greeter Ministry, Audio/Visual Ministry, Music Ministry, Marriage Ministry and more.
